Job Title: Conveyancer

Location: Buckinghamshire, UK (choice of three sites)

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (site based preferred, but could be hybrid)

About Us: Reed Legal are supporting a well-established law firm with several offices based in Buckinghamshire, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. They are committed to excellence, and they are looking for a skilled Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and handle all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
