Pay: £170 plus holiday pay
Location: Central london
Working model: 4 days in the office and one day working from home
Notice period: 15 working days
We are seeking for a new talent to join the Human Resources team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the 'Human Resources' project.
Responsibilities: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment to fill approved open positions. You will collaborate with business, sourcing organisation, hiring managers, HR and recruitment leadership to support hiring needs of the organisation.
Additionally, you will design and support recruiting strategies to deliver long term HR and business goals and be responsible for team decisions. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. In addition, you will provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. Please note that you being an expert in Candidate Assessments is required. In addition, strong skills in Candidate Relationship Management, and Expert in Recruiting Processes are recommended. You must be able to develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure quality hires. The ideal candidate must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
You must have strategic recruitment experience within the early talent and graduate recruitment area to be considered for this role.
