A Sneak Peek at Your Day-to-Day:
- Learning: Your first mission is to soak up all the knowledge. Recruitment processes, market trends, client needs – we've got a learning portal and a whole team to help you get there.
- Talking: Recruitment is all about relationships. Expect to spend your days making calls, video chatting, and sometimes meeting face-to-face. You'll quickly become a pro at understanding what people are looking for.
- Sourcing: Find the perfect match. Using our massive database, you'll reach out to potential candidates and connect them with awesome job opportunities that suit their skills.
