- Design and implement people, organisational, and cultural change initiatives
- Guide and support leaders and managers through change projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure all activities align with the company's values and objectives
Profile
A successful OD & Transformation Consultant should have:
- Proven experience in managing organisational development projects
- Knowledge/ experience of working in a regulatory environment (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically
