Product Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Administrator to join our clients dynamic design team at a UK, leading, global British brand. This role is critical in supporting the design team with project administration, ensuring efficient process management, and maintaining comprehensive document and audit trails for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

o Support the design team in managing project timelines and critical paths.

o Assist in key stages of the design sign-off process, ensuring all necessary

approvals are obtained and documented.

o Handle and streamline administrative processes to support the design

and manufacturing workflows.

o Maintain audit trails for manufacturing to ensure compliance and

traceability.

o Manage document handling, including the creation, distribution, and

archiving of design documents and specifications.

o Draw up detailed product specifications using Adobe Illustrator. All

renders and assets are provided.

o Oversee the management of sample libraries, including cataloguing,

organizing, and tracking samples.

o Utilise Adobe Illustrator to assist in the creation and maintenance of

design documents.

o Use Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and maintaining

project trackers.

Essential Skills:

o Exceptional ability to organise, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and

projects efficiently.

o Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for creating and managing design

documents.

o Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

o Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all

documentation and processes.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively support

and liaise with the design team and other stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

o Previous experience in a project administration role, particularly within a

design or manufacturing environment.

o Demonstrated ability to support a busy and fast-paced team, managing

multiple priorities and deadlines.

Skills:

o Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and

continuous improvement.

o Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across

departments.
