Salary: c£50-70k depend on experience, plus benefits.

Job Term: Permanent, Full Time, Initially Onsite, with option of Hybrid (2d wfh) after Introduction Period

Job Outline:

A world leading manufacturer of optoelectronic technologies is now looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team in Hertfordshire.

As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to promote the products and technologies.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager Europe your main responsibilities will be Campaign Planning and Strategy. You will define campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs); conduct market research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors; and develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.

Working closely with all stakeholders, you will ensure marketing campaigns are efficient and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Based in Hertfordshire and working with the European Marketing Team, you should be able to travel occasionally to meet colleagues and to deliver your Campaigns.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Campaign Management, including content, budget management, channel management, collaboration, CRM and data analysis and reporting.

During your initial introductory period, you will be required to work onsite, full time. After probation, you will be offered the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week from home.

Working closely with the European Marketing Team, this is an exciting opportunity to work for a large international company, and be part of their strong growth plans for the future.

Experience:

As the successful Marketing Campaign Manager, you will have experience working in a similar Campaign role, familiar with B2B campaigns, conversant with Marketing Tools and developing Marketing Strategies.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have studied a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Ideally you will hold a Professional qualification in Marketing and have studied an Advanced Degree or MBA.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested for verification.
