My client are a large manufacturing organisation based in South Manchester. Due to internal promotions they are recruiting a number of roles into their vibrant and expanding finance function, these will be excellent opportunities for part and newly qualified accountants to further their development in a highly reputable organisation.
The current roles available are both part and newly qualified Management Accountant positions where you will be heavily involved in month end processes. This will include full preparation of monthly management accounts, providing commentary on performance and trends, producing profit and loss reports, completing budgeting and forecasting as well as analysing variances to budgets. You will also be business partnering with various finance and non-finance stakeholders across the company so good communication skills will be essential in order to build effective relationships.
This role will suit candidates who are working towards/have completed their ACCA/CIMA studies and have experience in month end focused roles, preferably within a manufacturing organisation but this is not essential. The salary on offer is paying up to £55,000 dependant on experience and qualifications with an attractive benefits package that includes a four and a half day working week, hybrid working and fantastic opportunities for development and progression.
