A new position for an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor has arisen at my Client in London.
The role has come about due to someone going on maternity leave coupled with a constantly large volume of work in the department.
You should have at least 3 years PQE.
The firm advises both tenants and landlords on all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement, including lease extension claims and both collective claims to acquire the freehold of blocks of flats and individual claims to acquire the freehold of leasehold house as well as dealing with freehold sales and purchases which are subject to the right of first refusal and with right to manage applications.
You will work across cases to include Lease Extensions, Collective Enfranchisement Claims, Right of First Refusal Claims, Absentee Landlord Claims, Acquisition Orders, Right to Manage Claims, Licences for Alterations etc.
