As the legal recruitment team at SEARCH continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team that concentrates on placing Associates in the US firms. With existing capability and a proven track record working with a high number of US firms operating in London, we can extend what we do with them due to the relationships we have.
This is down to the success of our existing consultants dealing with the US firms and the superb relationships we have across the Atlantic due to working closely with our colleagues recruiting Attorneys in the US, based in New York. As such we offer a complete solution for US firms looking to recruiting on either side of the Atlantic, which works very well.
Our US Associates team compliments the established Partner team and Associate team concentrating on recruiting for the UK and the International firms in the city. We have grown consistently over the last few years and from our base in Blackfriars, we are continuing this growth.
