Our client manages green spaces across London.
They are now looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team and lead the development of their IT infrastructure. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 36 hours per week.

The Role
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will design and manage our client's IT infrastructure to provide robust solutions and ensure they continue to provide highly responsive technical support.
Ensuring their network meets the Cyber Essential requirements for baseline security, you will document their IT infrastructure, including both onsite and cloud-based solutions. You will make sure appropriate support arrangements are in place and take responsibility for the virtualised and networked environments.
Additionally, you will manage a rolling programme of hardware and software compliance whilst leading and inspiring your team to achieve their potential and make strong, individual contributions to the organisation.
About You
To be considered as the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will need:
- Experience overseeing the development and implementation of infrastructure components and services
- Experience of managing AD, DNS, DHCP, Hypervisors, SAN, LAN, WAN, Networking, WLAN, Exchange
- Extensive knowledge and experience of managing a Windows environment
- Experience with systems planning, security principles, network capacity planning and other best practices
- Excellent software/hardware troubleshooting experience
- Strong team management skills
- The ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
- The ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Ideally, you will have knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.
Any one of the following qualifications would be beneficial: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, MS Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional, Data Protection Certification (EU/GDPR/P, CIPP/E) and/or Security/Compliance Auditing (ISO 27001).
