£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance + Progression
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established yet growing construction company where you will work on a variety of Residential projects, all whilst having the opportunity to grow and progress your career within a great working environment.
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Residential sector? Do you want to join a company who look to retain and develop their staff?
This growing yet established construction company operate across the South of Wales. Boasting a huge client base within the Residential sector. They offer a variety of services from one-off new builds, social housing developments to complete refurbishments. Being able to offer a full service to their range of clientele has found them great success as of late. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and long-standing team with this great opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible for running multiple projects at once from start to completion. You will be running projects commercially, where you will be submitting valuations and variations as well as managing the tender process for new projects. You will also be responsible for liaising with on-site and in house teams to make sure the projects are running smoothly. finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be responsible for conducting post project analysis to identify areas of gain.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Residential sector to be able to hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK driver license to be able to travel to sites across the South of Wales.
