Due to growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role will primarily focus on social media management, lead generation, and content creation to support our recruitment efforts.
The role:
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies to attract and engage our target audience.
- Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute lead generation social and email campaigns to attract qualified candidates and clients.
- Create visually appealing graphics and designs for social media posts, marketing materials, and other collateral.
The candidate:
- 12 months plus experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in growing social media pages and driving business growth.
- Experienced in email marketing and CRM tools is preferable.
- Experienced in using any of the following tools, Canva, Adobe, or Illustrator**.**
