As the Marketing Director for the UK, Ireland, Europe, Middle East, and Africa you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

You will lead a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives whilst navigating the complexities of regional and international markets.

Based in Stoke on Trent, you will be required to travel across the UK on occasion to visit exhibitions and to visit key distributors.

What we need from you?

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to each region, considering market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UKI EMEA marketing strategies with overall company goals.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and regions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and influencers in each region to support marketing objectives and amplify brand visibility.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each region, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives within allocated budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and performance tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimise future investments.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing research strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand consumer behaviour, market trends and competitors across UKI and other key regions.
  • Develop launch plans to ensure the successful launch of new product development.
  • Host carefully curated hospitality trips for potential and existing clients, industry leaders, and influencers and showcase products in real-world settings.
  • Approve the planning and execution of stand design, layout, product stocking, etc for exhibitions and industry showcases.

What you will need to succeed?

  • Educated to Degree Standard
  • Relevant Marketing Qualification
  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years marketing experience, with time spent in a senior leadership role overseeing UKI and/or EMEA regions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to maintain relationships and influence key partners, stakeholders, and senior management regarding marketing activities.
