The Role

As a Global Warehouse and Inventory Lead, you will oversee the management of our organisation-wide assets, warehouse including Facilities Management and inventory operations.

Maximising capacity and accessibility, you will optimise warehouse layouts and implement storage solutions for efficient space utilisation. You will monitor and manage the use of space to accommodate changes in asset stockpiles and facilitate changes to work processes.

Specifically, you will manage and optimise stock levels, co-ordinate deliveries, maintain accurate records and contribute to the operation of the supply chain. You will also ensure quality standards are maintained in all of our warehouses globally and oversee our desire to operate to implement lean and 6S globally.

This is a hands on role where visibility in the warehouse is pivotal to the success of this new position.

Additionally, you will:

- Drive HSE performance Enforce OSRL safety protocols in collaboration with the regional HSEQ manager
- Implement security measures to prevent unauthorised access
- Act as the dedicated PoC for Facilities Management contractor(s). plan, prepare, host quarter performance reviews with contractor. Ensure contract KPI's are met or implement Corrective Actions where required
- Raise purchase requests for any and all work in warehouse and inventory required
- Lead training for all Lean and 6S roll outs across all warehouses globally using primarily online tools and techniques via Microsoft Teams
- Be responsible for goods receiving in the UK warehouse

About You

To be considered as a Global Warehouse and Inventory Lead, you will need:

- Experience in warehouse operations and management
- Experience in inventory management and control
- Administrative and operational experience within a warehousing and inventory control environment
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), 6S or similar philosophies
- A Bachelor's degree within logistics (or similar) and/or experience within the area of warehouse and inventory management
- A valid forklift licence would be preferable but not essential
