Experienced Project QS required to work for leading construction company on the fitout of a large residential scheme.
The project is a office to resi scheme and is approx half way through with another 10 months to go. The experienced QS will do a mix of home and office work.
The role will be to work alongsise the PM to controll all aspects of the commercial aspects of the project.
All usual QS duties apply.
