As a Software Verification Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems by developing and executing comprehensive test plans. They analyse software requirements, design test cases, and collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects. Proficiency in programming and testing tools is crucial, and the role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key skills required for this Software Verification Engineer role:
- Degree-level qualification in relevant engineering
- Demonstrated experience in software testing
- The ability to analyse software requirements, identify potential issues, and devise effective testing strategies.
- Working knowledge of C, MISRA, and CAN
- Experienced in the design and review of requirements-based software test plans and vectors
