The role:
Responsible for the successful day to day management of a site consisting of lettable space, light industrial, workshops, studios and office space.
Deliver and exceed the site's commercial targets and key metrics. Driving income, managing expenditure and achieving Net Operating income.
Managing the onsite team which includes an Assistant Manager and maintenance operatives.
Key skills needed:
Excellent communication. Strong verbal and written skills are essential for effective sales and negotiations, including active listening, persuasive speaking and clear articulation of products and service benefits.
Relationship building, networking.
Time management. Meeting deadlines. Planning and organising sales activities.
