Tiger Private have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team supporting clients in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. This is a true ‘Right-Hand' role, where you will be a dedicated professional ensuring the smooth management of the principal's personal life, multiple properties, and diverse business interests across the music, film, and television industries. The position is fast-paced and ideal for candidates with a background supporting UHNW or high-profile individuals. Whilst experience in music, television, media, or the arts is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Based at the principal's home office in Henley-on-Thames, candidates must live locally or be within a reasonable commuting distance. The role requires on-site presence from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend support as needed.

We are seeking a highly organised and logical individual with the energy, commitment, and expertise to provide comprehensive support across all areas of the principal's life. Key responsibilities will include managing complex diaries across multiple time zones and industries, as well as handling business and personal scheduling. You will collaborate with other EAs/PAs and a wider team to oversee business operations, lifestyle management, and travel arrangements, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. As the principal's go-to support, you will anticipate their needs and consistently exceed expectations.

Our client is looking for a service-oriented professional with strong emotional intelligence—someone loyal, proactive, and adept at turning detailed information into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, solution-focused self-starter who thrives under pressure and can maintain calm and order in a dynamic environment. An ability to manage multiple priorities and creatively resolve challenges is crucial for success in this role.

Please note, only candidates with a valid UK right to work can be considered for the role.
