This is a busy team but it's not a churn and burn environment far from it. You shall manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. Typical responsibilities shall include:
Drafting legal documents, obtaining searches, managing the conveyancing process ensuring compliance is maintained throughout the process. You shall, ideally, have a minimum of 2 years' previous residential conveyancing experience and can successfully manage your own caseload from start to finish.
Applications are welcome from candidates with less experience and who are able to demonstrate a desire to develop and learn skills within the sector.
