Leading insurance managing agency is dedicated to providing comprehensive coverage and exceptional service to it's clients. They are seeking a talented individual to support our CEO in driving strategic initiatives and achieving our business goals.

Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency in daily operations. You'll be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, handling confidential information, and facilitating communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their calendar, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as requested by the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the company, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the insurance sector as a PA or EA in the Lloyd's market is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

This will be a Hybrid role for 3 days in London.
