Social Worker
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £33k - £43k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
As a Social Worker, you will be providing essential social work services, focusing on client well-being and community integration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed client assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Provide counselling and support to individuals and families facing challenges.
- Facilitate access to healthcare, housing, and financial services.
- Identify risks and implement safeguarding measures promptly.
- Advocate for clients' rights and coordinate support services.
- Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in social work, ideally in care setting.
- Background in case management and safeguarding expertise.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in social work (BSW/MSW).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of social work theories, legislation, and ethical standards.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
