Role: Creative Director

Incredible opportunity to work for a well-established hospitality chain in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the development and execution of all creative content initiatives for the brand. This includes leading a team of content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging and innovative content across various platforms such as social media, website, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with their brand identity and business objectives. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Monitoring the performance of content initiatives, analysing data and metrics to optimise content strategy and drive results. This will involve staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation.
- Leading creative projects from concept to production, whether guest or team-facing, from physical to collateral, packaging, photography, videography and digital assets
- Managing creative resource - line-managing the creative managers and external agencies/resources along with the creative marketing budgets

Skills & Experience

- Coming with several years' experience in a creative management role
- Experience working on some outstanding brands, with a strong portfolio to show for it.
- Art Direction experience is a must
- Experienced overseeing first-class integrated creative experiences that span digital and physical interactions across multiple touchpoints.
- Armed with a good black book of creative suppliers / freelancers to lean on when needed.
- Experience working on youth culture campaigns
