ROLE: Creative Director

Incredible opportunity for a Creative Director to join a creative agency based in London with a focus on purpose led work.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative team in developing and executing creative concepts and campaigns that align with the agency's purpose and mission.
- A visionary leader who can inspire and motivate the team to push boundaries and deliver exceptional work that drives positive change.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure all creative work meets high standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into creative processes and strategies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing thought provoking creative campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually, while also paying attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

- £90-110k max
- 4 days per week in the office
