HR administrator

A growing SaaS business based in Central London is seeking a HR administrator, paying between £15-16 per hour, on an interim temporary basis.

The position will be supporting a very busy EMEA HR team with all of their background administration and supporting during a busy time in the business. The initial temp period will be 6 weeks but this could increase dependant on workload.

This role will work on a hybrid basis with 50% of the time split between the office and home working.

Duties will include the following:

  • Managing the HR inbox and being the first point of contact for the team.
  • Dealing with enquiries and urgent queries from the inbox, managing and offboarding logged tickets.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new starters, new starter documentation, proof of right to work checks and DBS checks etc. Including managing IT equipment and induction for staff.
  • Assisting with payroll administration, sickness, maternity etc
  • Any other HR administration needs for the team

The ideal candidate will come from a busy HR team and will be looking for an interim position for up to 6 weeks. The candidate must have HR admin experience as this is a hit the ground running position. You will be used to being the first point of contact, working both autonomously as well as part of a team. You will be used to multi-tasking and very changing deadlines, this is a fast paced environment so someone who can work to pace would be great
