Salary negotiable up to £50k + commission (depending on experience)
We're working with a growing specialist lending firm to recruit; due to their continued success we're recruiting an Underwriter position to join an established team. You'll have skills & experience as follows to be considered for an Underwriter position:
- Prior underwriting experience is essential
- You'll be proactive and driven with strong communication skills
- You'll have an analytical mindset and be detail orientated
As an Underwriter, you'll be working with the business development team on new deals to ensure they're within appetite and meet credit policy requirements. You'll ensure documentation is collated and assess and underwrite new loan applications ensuring they're within agreed parameters and ensuring service levels are achieved.
