German-speaking Social Media Manager

You'll collaborate with a talented group of specialists in areas such as insights, design, and strategy to deliver cutting-edge, social-first campaigns. Our goal is to build vibrant online communities and transform audiences into passionate brand advocates.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple client social media accounts across diverse industries.
- Write creative, engaging copy tailored for various social platforms, ensuring content is optimized and published effectively.
- Engage with online audiences through community management, sparking conversations and fostering relationships.
- Manage editorial calendars and execute creative campaigns with precision.
- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and brief compelling content that fuels organic social media activations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Provide strategic input and creative vision to help develop plans, staying up-to-date with cultural trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Stay informed on the latest social media platforms, tools, and trends to keep us at the forefront of experimentation and innovation.
- Deliver performance reports, analyze trends, and track metrics to present to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated marketing within an agency setting.
- Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sectors is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of social algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach.
- Strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to support and develop social media campaigns as part of broader marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft high-quality social copy in native-level German.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling, moderation, and analytics.
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with influencer marketing and social advertising is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
