Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to inspire young minds and make a difference in the lives of Year 2 students? Join our welcoming and supportive primary school community in Slough as a Year 2 ECT, starting in September. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual ready to embark on their teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop and implement creative and differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and engage in reflective practice to continuously improve teaching skills.
- Collaborate with the wider school team to contribute to a positive school culture and environment.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards obtaining QTS by September.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and engage in continuous professional development.
