Technology Analyst Responsibilities:
- 1st line support for site & cloud infrastructure utilised by DigiHaul – in both head office and remote locations (where applicable). Escalation of major issues to line manager and assistance with supplier relations to effectively resolve.
- Providing ongoing maintenance, updates, configuration, and expertise of site infrastructure to adhere to security standards and best practices. Reporting of all progress to line manager and wider business colleagues (where appropriate).
- Assisting in the provision and development of IT infrastructure for DigiHaul, utilising standard request procedures and documentation.
- Communicating effectively with DigiHaul colleagues for important IT issues, developments & changes, utilising multiple communications channels.
- Contributing to DigiHaul platform enhancement, suggestion of value-add features, account configuration and roadmap development.
- Managing the performance of key external vendors against defined standards and SLAs.
- Ensuring appropriate Health & Safety knowledge and procedures are adhered to for the Technology department and any provisioned equipment.
- Maintaining IT documentation for training and testing purposes.
- Managing continual process improvement for the Technology department, suggesting and implementing value added services.
What do you need to be a Technology Analyst?
- IT Experience (essential)
- Logistics/Freight industry (desirable)
- Keen interest in application of business technology in a start-up environment
- Technical knowledge (Network/OS/Web Applications/Cloud services)
