As our next Project Engineer within the Exterior Trim team, you'll be instrumental in designing and engineering the exterior trim components on future Aston Martin models. Your remit will be to work with minimum supervision on the design and project delivery of a variety of Exterior trim components, such as bumpers, sills, spoilers and brightware.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator with good time management, strong organisational skills, be delivery focused and cost conscious. Working with a team of outsourced CAD or project engineers, you will need to design and engineer the exterior trim components and lead the small team to ensure technical aspects are to our standards and parts are delivered on time and to quality.
You're not the type to shy away from a challenge. The role isn't for someone who is afraid to take the lead. In this role, you will be confident in demonstrating your technical competence.
As a Project Engineer for the- Exterior Trim team you would thrive on the opportunity to have a clear and direct impact on the product.
Your remit is to work in collaboration with many areas of the business including other areas of engineering, manufacturing and design. Trust that your hard work will be evident on the finished product providing you with pride in your work.
The Key Requirements...
- Working on similar components at a small OEM
- Proven record of delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Preferable to have Teamcentre experience
