Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Barnet, London
Hours: Full-time (Mon - Fri 8.30 - 3.30)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barnet. This full-time position requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN
- Assist in implementing EHCPs
- Support classroom teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment
- Help with personal care and mobility, if required
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN
- Immediate full-time availability
