Job Opportunity: Operations Executive
**Purpose of the Role:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Inbound Shipment Management:**
- Act as the main point of contact for all inbound shipments, monitoring schedules, and tracking stock from the EU headquarters to the UK warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with external carriers to ensure timely deliveries and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
- Assist in unpacking deliveries, verifying the accuracy of shipments, and preparing stock for processing.
**Stock Administration & System Management:**
- Support the Stock Controller in organizing and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations.
- Process transactions in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates of stock information.
- Conduct weekly stock cycle counts, meticulously recording and reporting results to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Manage the administrative tracking of loan and sample equipment, keeping detailed records and monitoring usage.
- Assist in the physical handling of inbound and outbound sample and loan equipment, ensuring proper storage.
**Inventory & Order Fulfillment:**
- Help with the picking and packing of orders, ensuring prompt and precise deliveries to customers.
- Support the allocation of stock to outbound sales orders in SAP, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
- Participate in weekly team operations meetings, contributing ideas and engaging in collaborative discussions.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to generate reports on stock levels and status, providing insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop personal skills and share best practices.
- Proactively suggest improvements to operational processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of workflows.
