We are working with a client who is seeking a unique candidate for a unique opportunity, We wish to speak with people who can genuinely evidence a background that both spans generalist HR, and complex ProjectManagement having delivered large scale transformation projects.

As a HRProjectManager you will play a proactive role in the following key responsibilities including projectmanagement:

  • Oversee and drive the successful execution of large-scale HRprojects across the business. This includes project planning, resource allocation, timelinemanagement, and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that effectively address the business needs, align with HR strategies, and provide exceptional HR services.
  • Utilise data analysis to identify HR-related issues within projects and develop and implement data-driven solutions to address them effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HRprojects and lead the implementation of changes to enhance the level of service provided to the business.
  • Effectively interact with executives and senior management to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and align project objectives with business goals.
  • Contribute valuable insights and input to strategic and policy decisions, drawing from your projectmanagement experience to inform high-level decision-making. If you can demonstrate the following please get in touch:
  • Significant experience in both Senior ProjectManagement and HR Business Partner roles, preferably within a large fast paced commercial business
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of effectively managing and analysing HR metrics/KPIs.
  • The ability to influence and set strategic directions that align with growth and business transformation objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours to drive project success.
  • Proficiency in change management, negotiation, and influencing capabilities to navigate organisational transitions effectively.
  • Fluency in understanding and using all projectmanagement and business metrics and their impact on business performance.
