A multi-award-winning boutique wealth management firm seeking a Financial Adviser to join their team of experienced chartered financial planners. This boutique IFA provides bespoke, truly independent financial advice based on their clients'? values, objectives, and goals.
This IFA firm is looking to pay a basic salary £50,000 - £80,000 (Advisers are earning over £100,000), you will be provided with clients and leads to develop.
As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for spending time with clients, fully understanding their financial "must haves"?, and recommending clear and impartial advice around planning, investments, retirement income, and more. their aim is to deliver a service that is easily understood and better able to achieve individuals, families, and companies financial goals.
Their Advisers provide a holistic approach to financial planning, which means an investment strategy is only a part of the broader equation. Your job won't be complete when a client's strategy is implemented. You will work with clients over the years, as their life plans are refined and change through circumstance. Financial Advisers conduct at least annual reviews to make sure their clients are on track and continue to create, preserve and protect their core wealth.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications (such as DipPFS, or equivalent) and experience in providing financial advice
Demonstrable experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
A strong understanding of financial products and markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A passion for delivering the best financial advice to clients
