A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a reputable firm. As a Solicitor in the Private Client Department, you will play a key role in contributing to the department's success by achieving both financial and non-financial targets. This position is ideal for individuals who highly value customer service and possess a hands-on, flexible, and can-do attitude. You will manage a caseload that includes Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney, and, where appropriate, Court of Protection and Deputy-ship. Additionally, you will advise on a range of services for the elderly, ensure efficient file management, and comply with Lexcel, Law Society, and SRA requirements. Your responsibilities will also encompass achieving fee-earning and time-recording targets, managing business development and marketing activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, supervising and mentoring junior team members, and maintaining the annual WIQS accreditation.

Benefitseload, covering all aspects of Private Client Law. A proven track record and a team-player mentality are essential. While this is primarily an office-based position due to the nature of the team setup, some flexibility may be considered.

The role offers a negotiable salary, depending on experience. Benefits include a pension plan, on-site parking, and a holiday entitlement of 20 days, which increases after 2 years of service by 1 day per year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days. Additionally, the company observes a Christmas shutdown from 5 pm on the last working day before Christmas to the first working day of the new year. Employees also receive their birthday off and 10 days of paid sick leave, both applicable after one completed year of employment.
