HR Analyst

We are supporting a unique global organisation as they seek to hire a HR Analyst to join their HR function.

Working closely with the UK HRBP Team and working collaboratively with counter parts in other countries, this role will optimise Human Resources Processes by maintain HR Data integrity, supporting operational HR tasks and working effectively with data.

Key responsibilities will include collecting, maintaining, and analysing HR data, implementing data checks, providing people data reports and designing metrics / dashboard that can support people decision making. The role will act as the HRIS superuser, ensuring that all things HRIS are up to date and that acting as the go to person for all things relating to the HR system.

Working in a small UK based HR team, the role will also be required to oversee contracts with HR service providers, play a lead role in onboarding of new starters and managing the relationship with UK payroll and as required, to support the team in general HR organisational activity around projects and HR documentation.

To apply to this role, you should have experience in a similar capacity, from HR Analyst or MI roles. It could be that you are applying from HR Advisor roles that have had a clear focus and responsibility on HR IS and Analytical tasks. It is preferred that applicants would have a HR qualification or degree, but this is not essential. HR analytics and HRIS experience is more important.

You should have advanced Excel skills and be comfortable with formulas and have strong wider MS office and systems skills including mail merge knowledge and solid experience of utilising PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and a talent for presenting, interpreting, and describing data and analytics in a capturing way. The successful candidate will also be a strong communicator, one that loves data and analytics, but has a passion for people in equal measure.
