Water Hygiene Engineer - Croydon
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join our well-established company based in Croydon. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to enhance their career within the water hygiene industry.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in water hygiene or a related field.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ACOP L8 and water hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform water hygiene monitoring, including temperature checks and sampling.
- Execute cleaning and disinfection of water systems, such as tanks and cooling towers.
- Install and maintain TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
- Conduct system flushing and disinfection.
- Keep meticulous records and produce detailed reports.
