Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher ready to inspire students and foster a love for mathematics? Join our dynamic secondary school as a Maths Teacher starting in September. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator capable of teaching maths to all year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive maths lessons to students across all year groups, from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to ensure academic success.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, resources, and teaching strategies.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to achieve their best results.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching maths to secondary school students across all year groups.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
