Job Title: Training Data Analyst Skills Coach

Salary: £43,000 - £55,000

Location: Remote with the option to work 1 day per week in Central London or Manchester (Hybrid: 4 days remote, 1 day in-office)

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities of the Training Data Analyst Coach:

  • Guide and support apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring progress and successful completion of Apprenticeship Standards.
  • Work with employers and apprentices to plan and deliver on-programme and end-point assessments.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, both remotely and in person, adapting to individual learning needs.
  • Track apprentice progress through e-portfolio systems, providing feedback and preparing them for assessments.
  • Embed key skills such as Maths, English, and essential safeguarding topics into training.
  • Maintain up-to-date curriculum content, creating an engaging learning environment.

Requirements for the Training Data Analyst Coach:

  • Extensive work experience in a data-related role.
  • Strong background in supporting and coaching apprentices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Relevant data qualifications (ideally at degree level).
  • Coaching qualifications such as A1, PTLLS, or a willingness to work towards one.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and Ofsted requirements.
