Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Medway
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day to day supply OR long-term bookings.
Rate of Pay: £85-90 per day.
Hours: 8:30 am to 15:30 pm (term time only)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a supply basis. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across various secondary schools in the region.
Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Classroom Support: Ensure a positive learning environment by maintaining discipline and supporting students who require extra support or assistance.
- Supporting SEN students: Facilitate learning by providing 1.1 support to a range of Special Educational Needs children in a range of subject areas.
- Promote student engagement: Foster a love for learning and encourage active participation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working in education is essential.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different school settings and work with diverse student populations.
- Effective communication: Clear communication skills to engage with students.
- Positive attitude: A passion for education and a commitment to student well-being.
