Our client is looking for a talented UX & Digital Designer with a passion for creating high-quality digital assets, optimising user experiences, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, CRM leads, and other designers to define and implement innovative digital design solutions.
- Create visually compelling digital assets for websites, including banners, iconography, and overall user experiences.
- Design and refine email templates for CRM campaigns, collaborating closely with the CRM team to continuously optimise templates for engagement.
- Develop creative assets for various paid media channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and business goals.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data to optimise for user engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency of the user experience and visual design across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Support the ongoing development of the brand's visual identity, bringing fresh and creative ideas to enhance user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of digital design experience, preferably at an ecommerce agency or within a brand in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop. (Print design experience is not applicable.)
- Experience working with CRM platforms like Klaviyo or similar (Mailchimp, etc.).
- Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methods.
