As part of that growth, they are now looking for a Tax Manager to join the team. In this exciting role, you will oversee the tax affairs of the group, focusing on Corporate Tax matters while also supporting the Senior Tax Manager with Partnership Tax. From preparing tax computations and disclosures for limited companies to ensuring international tax compliance for our overseas offices, you'll have a varied and challenging portfolio. You'll be one of the primary contacts for HMRC and our external tax advisors, managing key correspondence and compliance on global tax matters.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate closely with internal Finance teams, help structure new developments, and advise on key tax-related projects such as capital allowance and employment-related securities. You will also play a critical part in managing withholding tax, transfer pricing policies, and complex tax implications for overseas employees. Alongside the Senior Tax Manager, you'll be involved in individual partner tax, tax reserving calculations, and LLP partnership tax computations, ensuring our tax strategy is both compliant and forward-thinking.
