Our client, a well-known Hotel and Restaurant, require an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. Serving fantastic seasonal dishes, with a strong focus on locally sourced produce, this fresh food establishment is a local favourite. The restaurant is renowned for its high standard of cuisine and service and places a high emphasis on creating a memorable dining experience for the clientele.
We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to work alongside the General Manager and together working as a team, you will help to support this growing business. You must be keen to share your wealth of knowledge through training and guidance of staff as well as the general duties that come with this position.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry and 2 years' experience at a supervisor level within a fresh food establishment. You will need passion for perfection in all you do, stamina for hard work, and above all excellent communication skills, determination and commitment.
You will be smart, professional, consistent and enjoy getting to know clientele on a first name basis. A high standard of customer facing skills are required, with a focus on service and interacting with patrons.
A car driver is essential due to village location, and is accessible from Ipswich, Woodbridge and Martlesham
