My client is an independent agency who are focused on creative and design. They are looking to grow out their performance marketing function and are looking to bring on an entrepreneurial Paid Media talent. They are a friendly yet dynamic team and they are looking to bring on a charismatic self starter to join as Performance Marketing Manager. The agency have going for a few years now and are well established in the B2B market. They are focused on building a loyal team, hence culture fit is important. They know how to have fun and provide a platform for their employees to enjoy work.
The Performance Marketing Manager will focus on 2 core areas - PPC and Paid Social. They are looking for an ambitious professional who would ultimately like to take on a senior role within a growing agency. They will have remit to grow out the agency proposition. Ideally this person will have at least 3 years' experience in an Paid Media focused role.
You will be a natural communicator who can interact easily with co-workers and clients alike. You will have an energy that will resonate with other like-minded individuals that want to invest in progressing their career with a common goal of building the agency and taking it to its next goal.
