Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
- Conduct thorough investigations of title, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and identifying potential issues.
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and conveyancing practices to ensure compliance and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
