You'll be totally responsible for the quality of food in your section, with full knowledge of the menu. The food you create – all made from fresh ingredients and prepared on site – will be every bit as fresh, eye-opening and impressive as meals served by the best hotels and restaurants.But while the buzz of the kitchen might be familiar, the difference here is that the work you do will be a vital part of the total care package we offer, helping as many patients as possible to return to full health quicker.   • have a good knowledge of all Food Hygiene practices and proceduresbe able to prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customershave a passion for food and beveragebe someone who is calm under pressure, with excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
