Your new role
As the Building Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys on a range of properties including commercial and residential. You will be involved in defect analysis, dilapidations, Party Wall matters and planned maintenance audits and reporting. The building surveying team pride themselves on providing on-going solutions to minimise costs for their clients. You will be working alongside other like-minded surveyors of varying levels of experience.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be an experienced Building Surveyor and should have worked with private and public sector clients. You will need to have gained experience with both residential and commercial property. Access to a vehicle will be required for work purposes.
