Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Account Manager to join our leading Fire & Security company. This is a nationwide role with a competitive basic salary, commission, company car or allowance, as well as an attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and sick pay.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the fire and security industry.
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, focusing on end-user sales of premium fire and security solutions such as CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire systems.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and market trends to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fire and security industry.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A passion for providing premium solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

Day-to-day

As an Account Manager, you will spend your days meeting with clients, both existing and potential, to understand their requirements and promote our premium fire and security solutions. You will be responsible for managing your accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure that you are well-equipped to provide the best solutions to your clients.
