This organisation has approached Mitchell Adam for assistance in their search for an Experienced Management Accountant. As an Experienced Management Accountant, you will be taking on some senior responsibilities alongside working closely with your colleagues and assisting the development the junior members of the team. This role consists of providing detailed analysis and insight to senior management, this could be analysis of fixed and variable costs alongside producing detailed variance analysis. Skills Required
- To have experience working in a manufacturing environment, where you have gained exposure to costing or Billing of Materials (BOM). This is an important requirement as this position will have aspects of cost accounting involved.
- To have experience producing management accounts in your career, and to have been involved with the budgeting and forecasting process in one of your roles. To be confident and familiar with these duties will help your transition and will ensure you will succeed in this position.
- To be confident and charismatic. This role will involve regular interaction with senior stakeholders. You will be speaking in financial meetings and your thoughts will be heard. It is important to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- To either be currently studying your ACCA or CIMA qualification, or to have a sufficient amount of experience to be considered Qualified by Experience (QBE).
