As Hr Operations Manager you will -
- manage and develop a team of HR Shared Service Administrators
- coach and develop the team
- evaluate and develop HR processes and systems
- review and improve SLA's
- develop stakeholder relations across HR and the broader organisation
As an experienced HR Operations Manager you will have managed a developed a HR Admin team, and have developed and implemented HR systems and processes.
