Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality RE lessons that engage and challenge students.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum initiatives.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Actively participate in school-wide activities and initiatives, contributing to the school's continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialism in Religious Education or related field.
Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young minds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
